Do u think its because kolkatta could not have any other party making the government and it was buddhadeb bhattacharya all the time that things did not improve in kolkatta. I have been to kolkatta and would agree with you on the transport system. Infact this is the only city in India where i have seen almost all forms of transport. Intresting subject though...
